Facebook is rolling out Text formatting feature to its Groups

Facebook continues to live up to its reputation of being the leading social media giant by updating its services and frequently introducing new features to keep the users engaged. This time Facebook allows its users to format their text on Facebook Groups.

Digital and Social Media Consultant Matt Navarra recently Published tweet about Text formatting options on Facebook Groups. Facebook will roll out text formatting options on groups very soon.

Currently, when posting on Facebook groups, the users are limited to background options only. With the implementation of the new Text formatting feature user can modify the font and add Bullet Points. The Screenshot from Matt Navarra shows an option for using H1 and H2.

This new Text Formatting feature gives you the option of formatting your text into:

H1 - Headings

H2 - Subheadings

Bullet points

Bold / italic

This new Text Formatting feature was first announced back in February. As of yet, no date for the full roll-out has been announced. Facebook is aiming to enhance its Group feature, Very soon we can expect the integration.
