Facebook
Overall, the best time to post on Facebook for optimal engagement is from 11 am to 12 pm on Wednesday. As you can see in the chart, Wednesday is the best performance overall, while Sunday is the worst for Facebook engagement.

Instagram
On Instagram, Wednesday is a winner. The best time to post on Instagram for higher engagement on Wednesday is 11 am to 12 pm, along with Friday at 10 p.m.
Sunday is the worst day for Instagram engagement, the same as Facebook. It is because people are more likely to be at home or spending time on recreational activities on Sundays, and therefore less likely to be spending time on Facebook and Instagram.

Twitter
On Twitter, Wednesday and Friday come out on top of the table. The best time to post on Twitter for higher engagement on Wednesday and Friday is 9 am to 10 am. But as you can see, Saturday is the worst day for Twitter engagement, not Sunday, which seems like an interesting variance.

LinkedIn
On LinkedIn, we recommend Wednesdays from 8 am to 10 am and noon, Thursdays at 9 am and 1 pm to 2 pm and Fridays at 9 am are LinkedIn's most engaging hours. Wednesday and Thursday are LinkedIn’s best days for optimal engagement. LinkedIn’s engagement is pretty bad on Sunday.

Once Again, these listings are not conclusive - the guides here serve as pointers to your own strategy and may open your mind to new opportunities. You need to test and analyze your own data to determine the optimal posting practices for your individual audience.
